Description
I will provide free housing, including utilities, plus a monthly stipend of $300-600+, to a Covenant Theological Seminary (CTS) student, or relation, in a Brentwood, MO apartment in exchange for being a roommate. I am a male with a spinal cord injury. As such, I need a roommate that would be available IF something is needed at night. Usually, it is not the case. Almost always you can sleep through the night without interruption.
This opportunity could add up to $1,200 per month, or more, of compensation depending upon your current rent cost per month. This apartment is very near HWY 64 and HWY 170. It is a 15 minute drive, or so, to CTS. Within walking distance are numerous grocery stores, numerous restaurants, Walmart, Sam's Club, the Galleria Shopping Mall. YMCA, a Brentwood park, public transportation, the post office, and the Brentwood library, not to mention a short drive to Forest Park. And parking is on a parking garage.
If desired this opportunity may begin immediately, depending upon your situation. If you need flexibility on a move in date, such as regarding existing housing rental contracts, let me know, and we can discuss the situation.
The requirement of this opportunity is that you sleep in a separate area but, again, be available at night if something would be needed. The so-called “shift” times of responsibility are typically from 11p-7a. I have been blessed with other seminary students in the past.
