Looking for a Female Roommate for Beautiful University City Apartment

My roommate and I are looking for a female roommate starting in August. I am a graduate of Covenant Seminary ('24). My roommate has a friendly cat who spends much of his time in her room.
Our apartment is on the second floor of a duplex and is in a safe, walkable neighborhood. We are on a month to month lease and our landlords are a sweet couple who have vowed to never raise our rent.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as tons of storage space in the basement. We have one parking spot in the back and street parking out front. We have a dishwasher and in-unit laundry.
Rent is $520 a month plus utilities, which range from $70 to $150 depending on the month.
