My current roommate will be leaving in August and his room will be available. Apartment is located in the Schoettler Village apartment complex in Chesterfield, MO. The average monthly cost is $607.5 for everything (rent, water, sewage, electric, and wifi). 2 bed, 2 bath with access to gym, outdoor pool, and free parking. Laundry machines are in the basement of the building and valet trash and security system is included in the above price. While my current roommate will not be leaving until August, my room is large enough to sleep two people if you were needing a place to stay before then.
