Rent is a flat $650/month (you don't pay for any utilities)
Room is ~13ft x 12ft, has its own, full, private bathroom. In-house clothes washer, clothes dryer, and dish washer machines. Wi-fi, high speed internet. Kitchen with appliances. Living room. Off-street and on-street parking available.
Dogs are okay, provided they are house trained.
