We live in a quiet neighborhood about 15-20 minutes from campus. We're super close to grocery stores, target, restaurants, and more. We have a spacious 2000 square foot house with an upstairs (kitchen, living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, family room, and laundry room). The basement has tons of storage space, a living area, a bedroom and a bathroom. You would have one of the upstairs bedrooms. We live on a corner lot so we have quite a bit of outdoor space as well as a fenced in patio. We have a two car garage as well. For four people, rent would be $500 a month each, and $100-150 for utilities, wifi, etc.
Two of us are full time seminary students and the other is getting her social work masters. We hope you consider rooming with us!
P.S. We do have another roommate: an aussie-doodle named Scout (hypo-allergenic, no shedding). She unfortunately doesn't help us out with rent, BUT she would love you forever if you decide to room with us!
