- 1392 sqft, 3 levels, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo located off North Sappington Road; .1 mile from the Glendale Police and Fire Department, 5 miles from Covenant Seminary.
- $300 rent + half of utilities/month. Utilities include gas, electricity and wifi, ~$120/month. An initial $150 security deposit is also required.
- Amenities include 1 bedroom and sizable closet (queen bed, desk and side table provided, if needed), use of kitchen, living room, bathrooms, basement, washer/dryer in unit and free parking on Condominium property.
