The house is located in Chesterfield, 15 minutes west of Covenant Seminary. It's in a very quiet, very safe neighborhood, less than 25 minutes away from some of the best parks and shopping centers in the area. Two AMAZING roommates (literally the best you could ask for) and one ausiedoodle named Scout! This has been a wonderful place to live since starting at Covenant, but I am getting married in the summer and need to sublet my downstairs room. Bathrooms are recently renovated, with a laundry room, sitting room, spacious living room, lots of storage space, and fenced in backyard! Rent is $667/mo, and utilities are usually around $70/mo, which includes WiFi. I am looking to sublet starting in May, but if you are interested in moving in sooner, we can arrange for that to work! The lease ends in June 2025, so if you're looking for a comfy space without an insanely long commitment, this is a great option! I would love to FaceTime and show you the house if you're interested!
