Requirements
The well-qualified applicant will possess prior experience as a lead teacher in an accredited ECE program, as well as a bachelor's degree (or higher) in Education or Early Childhood Education. Prior experience or training in a Christian school or Christian ministry is preferred; training in our Concordia University system is ideal but might not be required.
