Grace Church Seattle (graceseattle.org) is a gospel-centered and relationally deep church seeking to effectively and faithfully minister from the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle. God has formed us over the years into a congregation that is deeply shaped by the Reformed, Contemplative, and Justice traditions within the Christian tradition.

Two of the central desires of our church are to love our neighbors and work for the common good of our city. As followers of Jesus, a key element in both of these pursuits involves caring for the overlooked and wounded in our city.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, God opened a door for our congregation to come alongside of his work with and among the hurting and marginalized in our city. By God’s Grace, this ministry has grown quickly, both in scope and in depth. We are looking for a pastoral leader who will be responsible for discipling, facilitating, teaching, and networking Grace folks with our neighbors in the metro-Seattle area.

Positing Summary: We're seeking a three-quarter time team member to serve as an Assistant Pastor to a vibrant, urban, ACNA church in Seattle. In addition to providing general pastoral leadership and care to the congregation, this person will lead the church’s Serving the City Ministry.
