Description

1. Must be able to articulate concepts of Reformed Theology with scripture and defend the inerrancy of the Bible.
2. Must be male and must be able to demonstrate soundness of Faith and Character of the applicable office.
3. Must believe and be able to defend a six-day ordinary creation.
4. Must hold to infant baptism and adult baptism where applicable (e.g. a new believer having never been baptized).
5. Must accept the fivefold office of Pastor, Elder, Deacon, Evangelist, and Trustee.
6. Must have a degree in Divinity from a theologically sound seminary of Reformed doctrine, must have passed at least one year of Biblical Greek and one year of Biblical Hebrew.
7. Must be able to teach the doctrines of the church from Article II of our Church Constitution.
8. Must have a minimum of one year of experience as Pastor a church of Biblical (Reformed) Doctrine.
9. A Theology examination from the council and search committee.
10. Must not hold to any one English version of the Bible but hold on to the original Greek and Hebrew texts.

13. Prepare and organize worship service
14. Visitation of shut ins and hospitalized
15. 
    
16. Prepare educational materials for congregation such as yearly bible reading and devotional plan.
17. Teach Sunday School confirmation class
18. 
    
19. Participate in church activities
20. Network with other churches in the area

Our church was founded in 1835 and is situated about 30 miles north of Pittsburgh in beautiful southwestern Pennsylvania. Our Pastor of the last 9 years has resigned and we are looking for the man the our Lord is calling to our congregation.
