Description
The minister will assist the Senior Pastor in worship and certain ministry opportunities. He will help lead, design, grow, and interact with our Christian family ministry, including youth and children. He will be a part of committees of lay leaders and congregants that enhance these ministries and further programs for dynamic outreach into our community, to grow the program, further Christian understanding, encourage Christian commitment and service. he will be active in this ministry and help lead our congregation. Salary: $60K-$89K
Requirements
Applicant is preferably a seminary graduate or will be in 2023. He may also be a seminary graduate from years ago with church experience as a minister or director. We are a reformed Christian church in central Florida, an area growing fast with much opportunity, seeking a person of similar faith and beliefs. Skillset of applicant should be in youth and children's ministry, be able to teach, learn, be an inside and outside person for young family activities. This position will involve assisting our senior pastor in worship services, allowing preaching opportunities for applicant. See again the job description on our church website.
