FPC Glen Ellyn, IL (https://firstpresge.org) is seeking a full-time Director of Student Ministries. First Pres is a growing church looking to build on a history of relational student ministry. They have folks of all denominational backgrounds serving on staff and are committed to following the way of Jesus together.
The Director of Student Ministries will help develop and sustain student ministry programming designed to enhance students’ growth in Christ. The director will support and enhance the church’s existing student ministry program, which has experienced significant recent growth and momentum as FPCGE continues to serve the unique, family-centered community of Glen Ellyn. The director will inspire and launch discipleship for students, partner with parents, and equip a volunteer team to lead students to embrace a vibrant faith journey.
Qualifications for this position include a deep growing faith in Jesus, a Bachelor’s degree, and 2-3 years of youth ministry experience. This person will build a team of volunteers and work collaboratively with parents to encourage the faith journey of students.
