Description
The primary responsibility of the Church Administrator of City Church is to ensure that the staff, officers, and members of City Church are organized and supported for the work of ministry in and through the church. Such responsibilities include (but are not limited to): back-office tasks (printing, volunteer coordination and management, etc.); communication with church members and new-comers by phone, email, and mass-contact tools; keeping the church calendar; and organizing materials needed for church tasks and events.
Salary: Hourly
Requirements
- Fulfills the character qualifications for Deacon in 1 Timothy 3
- Firm understanding and commitment to the City Church vision
- Skill and confidence with Microsoft Office365 products, social media, and online communication platforms
- Discrete with financial documents and donor records
- Demonstrated ability to independently take initiative and meet needs
- Ability to connect vision with execution through administrative support
- Creative and strategic problem-solving skills in a variety of contexts
