Description
First Baptist Church, Collinsville, IL, is looking for its next Senior Pastor. After a ten year plus length of service by the previous pastor, FBC engaged an intentional interim for the past year. Our desire was to prepare for pastor next and we are ready. Do you have four to six years minimum experience as a senior or associate pastor? Do you have or are working on a Master’s degree from a conservative seminary? Are you committed to expository preaching? Does leading as part of a team excite you?

Salary: >=$90K
Requirements
· The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree, not necessarily in a related field. A Master of Divinity or other master’s degree from
an accredited conservative, evangelical, theological seminary.
· He will have four to six years of pastoral experience as a Senior Pastor, Associate, or Campus Pastor with ever-increasing responsibility.
· Experience and knowledge in building/maintaining a healthy church culture.
· Focus on expository preaching.
· Engage in pastoral counseling.
