The Student Pastor supports Christ Community Church’s (C3) vision by establishing and executing a biblical discipleship strategy that targets spiritual transformation of the church’s (and city’s) 6th to 12th grade students. In this role, the Student Pastor builds meaningful relationships with students, while also guiding and equipping parents of teenagers to become disciple-makers within their homes.

Additionally, the Student Pastor is charged with building and pastoring a team of volunteer leaders, who in turn are relationally engaged with and discipling the students. The Student Pastor is also responsible for sculpting large-scale youth events, including retreats, camps, and summer mission trips in a way that both glorifies God and advances the vision of the church.
