Responsibilities:

Relationships

• Develop healthy relationships with Trinity students (esp. girls) by investing time in the schools, at events, and at the church to promote their growth in grace.
• Help promote a loving, fun, and challenging community for growth in grace.
• Lead in pursuing female students outside of Trinity.
• Lead, with Pastor of Student Ministries, in maintaining healthy relationships with parents, volunteers, interns and staff.
• Support Pastor of Student Ministries’ leadership and direction for Youth and Trinkids.

Administration

• Able to oversee and prepare weekly meetings, small groups, events, mission trips, and conferences alongside Youth staff.
• Able to maintain the student database and the yearly calendar alongside Youth staff.Able to recruit, support, and oversee volunteers and interns in their training and ministry alongside the Pastor of Student Ministries.
• Maintain awareness of particular students’ and family needs.

Teaching

• Participate, as needed, as part of the teaching team for Sunday School, Youth, and/or Trinkids.
• Lead discipleship groups for youth, and/or older Trinkids girls, as needed

Accountability

• Must complete a Successful criminal background check (performed by TPC upon submission of release statement).
• Reports to the Pastor of Student Ministries who conducts annual reviews. Participates in weekly meetings for general staff, as well as youth ministry and Trinkids (as needed).
