Description
The Director of Missions will be a leader who, alongside the Senior Director of Missions, will steward the PCPC Missions effort. He/she will work to help PCPC members feel connected to God and to the church through the efforts of the Missions Ministry. Key job responsibilities for this position include management of the Missions Ministry Team (goals, initiatives, performance reviews, and budget), leadership over 70 local and global mission partners, and stewardship of vision and growth for future initiatives.

Requirements
Seminary degree required. Commitment to the reformed Christian faith, theological conviction for missions both cross-cultural and local, and a winsome attitude toward evangelism is essential to this role. Ten years of experience in cross-cultural missions, and justice or mercy-minded missions work with a broad range of different mission experience is required, along with five years of experience managing a team, setting team goals, and leading individuals toward success in their jobs. Experience in conflict resolution both cross-culturally and within a home culture is essential. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Should possess a dynamic personality with a compassionate heart for missions and missionaries; should be motivated by the Great Commission. PCPC membership is required. This is a full-time (40 hrs/wk) onsite exempt position at PCPC; not eligible for overtime.
