DaySpring Academy is looking for an engaging, qualified teacher to teach elementary levels (kindergarten) part time beginning mid-August, in Maryland Heights, MO. 

About DaySpring Academy

DaySpring is a Christian school with a college format, scheduling classes at all levels with 2-3 days in the classroom, the others working at home with parents to complete the curriculum. Teachers plan a full week of lessons to be completed either in class or at home. Our kindergarten through sixth grade students attend school on Tuesdays and Thursdays; our seventh through twelfth graders attend classes on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. 

DaySpring has a creative and friendly environment, and is community oriented with active learners. It embraces a hands-on approach to education, focusing on collaboration, critical thinking, effective communication, and creativity in all content areas. Our teachers enjoy a lighter schedule where they can teach in a rewarding classroom and still have time off for other pursuits and family responsibilities.
