Salary: $30K-$59K
Requirements
A love for Christ and the truth of Scripture as summarized in the Reformed Confessions. A genuine love for Christ's people. A desire and willingness to build relationships with youth to the end of growing them in the faith. Some formal training in biblical studies, though one doesn't need a seminary degree. A willingness to work as part of a team: with the Sr Pastor, and with the congregation's Committee on Discipleship Ministries. Some organizational skills to conceive and implement a discipleship strategy, schedule youth activities, and help arrange outreach opportunities and training
