Job Description: Handyman and Carpenter
Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled, experienced and versatile Handyman and Carpenter to complete several home projects. You will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks from basic carpentry and electrical work to plumbing and general repairs. Examples include replacing doors, electric sockets, electrical work, installign vanity, plumbing, etc. You will help make sure our home is well-maintained and in optimal working condition.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have strong carpentry skills and will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing various structures and fixtures, working with a variety of materials. From framing and cabinetry to staining dining room table, installing flooring and finishing work, you will use your expertise to create high-quality, functional, and visually appealing pieces.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Salary: Hourly

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman and Carpenteror in a similar maintenance role.
- Strong knowledge of various maintenance and repair tasks, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs.
- Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and instructions
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively as a team.
- Basic computer skills for documentation, project management and reporting purposes.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools.
- Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
