Preaching/Teaching

• Preach most Sundays

• Oversee small staff team (currently worship leader, admin, children’s ministry coordinator - all part-time), organize and lead staff meetings
• Meet regularly with staff members for ministry updates, strategizing for future ministry

Shepherding

• Oversee shepherding of members and regular attenders of church
• Work with IPC elders to ensure the best shepherding and pastoral care is happening

Officers

• Coordinate and facilitate officer meetings
• Work with deacons on budget and facility
• Work with elders on vision-casting and strategy development

Church ministry

• Recruit, support, and provide discipleship opportunities for volunteer ministry leaders
• Support church partnerships with local ministries (like Youth Praha, Dignity, and Teen Challenge)

Denomination

• Represent church to IPC

Requirements

• A love for people and a love for the gospel of Jesus Christ
• A heart for Biblical worship, desire to lead, a commitment to the truth of Scripture, and a passion for prayer
• Self-funded or already supported through a sending organization
• Holds qualifications and is willing to go through the teaching elder ordination process in the IPC (more details here)
• The ability to engage and lead people of various cultural backgrounds
• The ability to live and serve in a cross-cultural setting
• An excitement and interest in local life in Prague
