Description
Window cleaning, power washing, and gutter cleaning. We clean both residential and commercial properties. Will need own vehicle which can transport a 5.5 ft ladder plus equipment (most cars can accomplish this as long as seats fold down). Will provide training and equipment. Work is outdoors quite a bit of the time, hands on, and requires being comfortable working at heights (on a ladder) and on roofs. We don't clean anything over 3 stories (no rappelling down sky scrapers, sorry!). Job begins at $15 per hour, once trained (usually takes about a month depending on how many hours you work) you earn commission which can range up to $25 per hour and higher. You will never make less than $15 per hour.
Great opportunity to get outside and get some exercise. The job is simple and gives you the opportunity to interact with everyday people while doing a service for them. True View is a Christian owned and run biusiness and our mission statement is to "be a blessing" to those we serve - while we don't directly proselytize our customers our workers are encouraged to engage them in a polite and thoughtful manner, and often conversations of a spiritual nature do occur!

Requirements
Applicant must own their own reliable transportation.
Appllcant must be comfortable working at heights/on ladders or roofs (roofs that don't have steep pitch - will train and go over safety points)
Applicant Must be time/schedule conscious - our workers will be given a schedule and timeliness is important.
It is important for applicant to have good communication skills and be comfortable talking to the customers both on the phone and in person.
Customer service skills and patience in general is a plus because the applicant will be working with the public!
