Description
We are looking for a seminary graduate with 3-5 years of pastoral experience who can advance a discipleship ministry for adults. This person must be able to develop opportunities for spiritual formation and leadership development and provide training and support for various leaders in the congregation. The candidate must be available for a full-time position (40 hours/week) that also involves general pastoral ministry and be willing to adhere to PCA doctrine.

Requirements
-seminary graduate with at least 3-5 years of pastoral experience
-able to advance a disciple-making culture by growing and overseeing discipleship ministries and adult education
-assist the senior pastor in leading and managing the staff and providing congregational care
-engage in broad pastoral ministry, including teaching, preaching, counseling, and worship leading
