Description
The Associate Pastor will serve a key role in spiritual growth of the congregation by working alongside our Senior Pastor to help shape and tactically execute the ministry of the church consistent with the vision and values set by the church. He will also be responsible for maintaining community groups/Sunday School, building a young adult/college ministry, direct line staff management responsibilities, and other administrative duties.

Requirements
2-4 years of pastoral experience preferred (visitation, preaching, and teaching). • A strong call to serve alongside Greenville ARP in the spiritual growth of a multi-generational congregation. • A history of or aptitude to connect to covenant children away at college. • Ability to lead, communicate, and build fellowship that is glorifying to God and edifying to the members of the church. • Ability to provide family and marital counseling. • Being able to build pastoral relationships. • Experience with building spiritually healthy small group ministry. • Ordained or ordainable by the standard of the Associate Reformed Presbyterian Denomination (
