Description
Maryland Walk is a premier high-rise condominium building in downtown Clayton, MO. We are seeking an exceptional individual to help us serve the needs of our 100 wonderful homeowners on Saturday and Sunday from 2PM-10PM.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serves as the first point of contact for visitors, homeowners, prospective buyers and service providers.
- Maintains strict adherence to key control policy, requiring that all visitors needing a key be authorized to enter the unit.
- Monitors cameras and reports any activity that threatens the safety and security of homeowners and staff.
- Assists homeowners with a multitude of services, including but not limited to; Accepting packages, submitting maintenance work order requests and amenity reservations.
- Answering association main phone and managing the calls.
Applicants should be naturally motivated to anticipate the needs of our homeowners. The candidate we are considering is warm and outgoing, professional, detail-focused and assertive.
Job Type: Part-time, Saturday and Sunday from 2PM-10PM with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts as available
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour based on experience + Holiday gratuity (+/- 10% of annual pay)
Salary: Hourly
Requirements
Education: High school or equivalent required.
