The main thing we're looking for is a PEOPLE-person! The nuts and bolts of the job are working the cash register, taking customer food and drink orders, preparing espresso-based drinks, etc. But the heart of the job is loving people ... even people that are from very different backgrounds. After many years of working for Restore St. Louis (a faith-based network of ministries in the heart of STL) we opened Have A Cow restaurant as a vehicle to bring people together and break down barriers. Our staff are committed to loving everyone who walks through our doors by treating them with the dignity God has bestowed on his image-bearers.
