English Ministry Assistant Pastor
Description:
- English Ministry Assistant Pastor will assist in pastoring the English Ministry through primarily focusing on shepherding and leading the college and young adults.
Responsibilities:
- Provide the shepherding, teaching and leadership for our college and young adults
- Oversee the leadership teams of the college ministry
- Oversee the leadership teams of the young adult ministry
- Provide small group material for both working professionals and college students
- Coordinating and executing events as needed for each ministry (outings, college retreats, etc)
- Participate in the English Ministry Pastoral Staff Team
- Preaching & Teaching for the EM as needed (about 6-10 times a year)
- Assist in other areas of the church when called upon.

- Bethel Korean Presbyterian Church in Ellicott City, Maryland is a Korean immigrant church located in the suburbs of Baltimore and Washington D.C.

Requirements
Position Qualifications:
- An ideal candidate has:
- Completed M.Div from accredited seminary
- Ordained or seeking ordination in a Reformed and Presbyterian denomination
- Christ-like compassion and character
- and has a heart for:
- Gospel-centered ministry
- Team ministry
- Ministry to our emerging generation within a Korean American and Korean immigrant church setting
