Knox Classical Academy is seeking an exemplary, Christ-centered leader committed to excellence to serve as Head of School. This role involves faithfully honoring, upholding, and furthering the school's mission and vision.

About Knox Classical Academy: Located in the Twin Cities, Knox Classical Academy opened in fall 2023 with 68 students (K-12). Knox offers a three-day week classical education with blended classrooms in a Christ-centered community, aiming to cultivate lifelong learners and seekers of truth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and implement the school’s curriculum, policies, and procedures.
• Work closely with the interim Head of School for a smooth transition.
• Provide classroom instruction during the 2024-25 academic year and as needed.
• Uphold the mission and vision of the school, instilling biblical values.
• Manage teachers, recruit and hire staff, and maintain a nurturing educational environment.
• Lead in curricular development and school handbook implementation.
• Engage with families regarding academic and discipline concerns, and function as a “chaplain” for students and faculty.
