Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and lead worship services in collaboration with the senior pastor and worship team.
• Select and prepare music that aligns with the church's vision for worship and the focus of the Sunday sermon.
• Recruit, train, and manage worship team members, including musicians, vocalists, and A/V Tech volunteers.
• Oversee the audiovisual aspects of worship services, ensuring high-quality sound, video, and lighting.
• Maintain and communicate a schedule for worship team rehearsals and services.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive youth ministry for middle and high school students.
• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteer youth leaders and helpers.
• Manage budgets for worship and youth ministries, ensuring responsible stewardship of resources.

Qualifications:

• A mature and healthy relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Proven ability to build healthy relationships and work within teams.
• Strong vocal and musical skills with a broad exposure to a variety of musical styles.
• Strong technical skills in the area of audio/visual & livestream. Experience with SongSelect, Planning Center & ProPresenter preferred. 
• Desire and ability to relate to multiple cultures and worship traditions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
