Hello! We are members of a local PCA church. My husband and I own a dental practice in Webster Groves. We are looking for a dental assistant as our current one is going back to school. We are small, general family private practice. My husband is the sole dentist. This position works chairside assisting my husband with patients. Work days are Monday-Thursday (3 day weekends!). Current hours are 9-6pm Tues/Thurs and 11-7pm Mon/Wed. Hours have some wiggle room as were already thinking about altering them a bit. This is considered a full time job and does come with benefits (paid holidays, pto, 401k with matching). We do not offer health benefits at this time, but you would be covered for dental! This could be a great opportunity for an individual whose spouse is enrolled at Covenant.
Salary: Hourly
Requirements
Job duties would include assisting with procedures, taking xrays, charting, making mouth guards, sterilizing equipment, preparing room for patients, and ordering supplies. Must also be willing to assist front desk as needed. We are willing to train those without experience, but candidates must be friendly, enjoy working with patients of all ages, detailed oriented, honest, reliable and a team player.
