Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and communicative independent cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing thorough cleaning duties according to company standards and ensuring exceptional customer service at all times. We strive to take exceptional care of our cleaning providers with grow opportunities within the company as well.
Pay Range: $25-$30 an hour
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other household areas.
- Change linens and make beds as required.
- Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned to the meet the client expectations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or incidents encountered during cleaning.
- Report to the cleans on time and be communicative with the manager

- Proven experience as a house cleaner or similar role.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Reliable transportation to and from cleaning locations.
- Flexibility to work during weekdays, evenings, and weekends as needed.
- Legal eligibility to work as an independent contractor in the specified location(s).
