Description
Pastoral Residents are full time, two-year employees at WCPC. Residents will gain real experience in pastoral ministry, while also receiving mentoring, coaching, and shadowing opportunities. Our hope is that residents would leave WCPC ready for a life of fruitful pastoral ministry.
Salary: $60K-$89K
