Requirements
The ideal preaching and teaching candidate shall endeavor to fulfill the duties of exegetical and expository preaching, encouraging and teaching the congregation to fulfill its stated mission and the Great Commission, equipping the congregation to disciple one another and new Christians in the faith, focusing on Biblical truth and application for daily life and its relevance in today’s culture, enthusiastic proclaiming of the gospel message that inspires the congregation to be salt and light, living in alignment with the Biblical teaching on the qualifications for elders and deacons (Titus 1:5-9, 1 Tim. 3:1-7, 1 Peter 5:1-4).
