Delaware Korean United Methodist Church (Loveville Ministry) is seeking a full-time pastor to shepherd a congregation of married and single adults, young adults and college students.

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate a passionate personal relationship with Jesus, experience in leading people, dynamic teaching / preaching skills, strong interpersonal skills, ability of develop other leaders, and create vision for sustaining and advancing ministries.

We are an independent ministry desiring to grow in Christ as faithful servants.

We value intimate relationship with God through weekly Sunday gatherings, small groups and prayer.

We seek a pastor who is strong in discipleship training, to help the congregation members to grow Christ-like and share the gospel.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of Loveville Ministry, including leading Sunday worship service and bible study
• Implement discipleship training
• Teach / train leaders
• Outreach / missions / campus fellowship
• Working with Loveville members to coordinate events such as revivals and retreats
