My name is Lauren Fink and I am with Ektrepho ministries. Ektre-what? Ektrepho. Actually, Ektrepho is a Greek word that means nourish. In every season of life, it is so important to nourish our souls and have regular opportunities to worship, learn, and spend time with Jesus. Sadly, many seniors residing in assisted living facilities or nursing homes do not have access to church services or times of worship. So, out of this need, the nonprofit Ektrepho was born. For those who don’t have access, we want to provide spiritual nourishment through worship services, devotional times, Bible studies etc. We currently serve five nursing homes in St. Louis area.

I am looking for worship leaders and musicians to serve at some of our services. Whether its playing hymns on the piano or singing hymns and playing guitar, our seniors love praising God through music. I would love to have you share your time and talents with us!
