Responsibilities:

1. Lead with Energy: Guide our energetic youth through their spiritual journey with the same vigor as a Florida hurricane, but with a lot more grace.
2. Plan Epic Events: From beach bonfires to pineapple pizza parties, create and execute events that make our youth group the envy of every other sanctuary in town.
3. Mentor and Guide: Be a mentor, counselor, and occasional life-coach, helping our youth navigate life’s twists and turns like a pro while pointing them to our Lord and Savior.
4. Champion Reformed Values: Ensure that our youth understand and appreciate the rich heritage of Reformed theology, all while applying these timeless truths to their modern, sun-soaked lives.
5. Get Involved in Students Life: Attend youth sports events, plays, music recitals, and competitions.

Qualifications:

• Riz: Must have the ability to charm a crowd with one hand while juggling biblical wisdom with the other.
• Sense of Humor: If you’ve ever made Calvinism sound fun, we’re interested!
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience in mentoring youth leaders, especially with a flair for the dramatic and a knack to transform everyday moments into unforgettable experiences.
• Flexibility: Ability to adapt to Florida’s ever-changing weather and our youth’s ever-evolving interests and emotions. You never know when a pop-up thunderstorm might turn into a perfect opportunity for a deep discussion.
