FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt

Department: Operations & Facilities

Work Hours: Part-Time B, On-Call Flexible Schedule

Reports to: Director of Building Events and Operations

Position Summary

Provide on-site operations support for Sunday operations, client relations, and operational needs during events, on an on-call basis. The ideal candidate brings a service-oriented and hospitable approach, works well with others to meet event needs, and is ready to step in and contribute wherever support is needed. Flexibility and adaptability are essential for success in this dynamic role.


Job Description

  • Setup and breakdown furniture and equipment in rooms for Redeemer and non-Redeemer events.
  • Assist the Director of Building Events and Operations with building/event projects.
  • Provide on-site operations support for client relations and event needs.
  • Work with the events staff for event needs during the event (adjusting setups, checking in guests, checking restrooms, making coffee, clearing trash, etc.).
  • Ensure clients and guests follow building and event policies.
  • May include providing off-site event support or transporting items to/from events.

  • Excellent at managing details and juggling multiple tasks.
  • Physical capability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
