Position Overview:
The Acquisitions Coordinator, working 25 hours/week, is responsible for:
- Researching and recommending books and materials for acquisition.
- Ordering and receiving selected items.
- Preparing new items for cataloging.
- Processing interlibrary loan requests.
- Collaborating with library staff to enhance resource offerings.
Pay: $18–21 per hour
Salary: Hourly
Requirements
Required:
- Familiarity with theology, biblical studies, and other areas of the Seminary’s curriculum.
- Basic knowledge of relevant publishers.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in acquisitions or library services.
- Familiarity with library cataloging systems.
