Description
Jacob's Well Counseling Center is looking for additional counselors to add to our team.
Jacob's Well Counseling Center seeks to provide high quality,
financially accessible, gospel centered counseling to the community of Green
Bay/Northeast Wisconsin. Green Bay/Northeast Wisconsin
has historically leaned either nouthetic, or heavily secular and CBT based.
This means that there is a lot of room for gospel centered counseling to take
root and grow. We are already seeing an overwhelmingly positive response as
more and more people in the community discover the difference that
gospel-centered counseling provides. We are looking for counselors who want to
be a part of our growing counseling center as we seek to be on the front lines,
so to speak. The need is great, but so too then is the opportunity.
Jacob's Well Counseling Center is also committed to supporting
the local church. We actively strive to root ourselves in the life of the local
church in order to work with church leaders and communities to help foster a
more dynamic and healthy ecosystem. Counselors who work here will come to find
that there is significant support from the local churches in our area. We would
love for you to join us as we continue to wrestle with how counseling can be
integrated into the church in a more holistic and healthy manner.
We are looking for counselors who would desire to see 15+ clients a week. We are
looking to hire 2+ recent graduates who are looking for supervision and would
also consider any fully licensed LPCs. Those who come here for supervision will find an opportunity to
be not only supervised, but discipled and cared for in a more comprehensive and
holistic process.
Jacob's Well Counseling Center is part of a growing church, as
well as a growing presbytery. As we grow, there will be a lot of room for
counselors who join our team to contribute to a dynamic ministry that the Lord
is using in really fun ways. We invite you to check us out and see if God might
be calling you to join us!
A relocation allowance is also available.
