SALARY
Full-Time | $65-70k
OUR MISSION
The mission of Crossroads is to walk with Jesus by believing in Him as Lord and Savior, belonging to His family through God's reconciling work, becoming disciples who joyfully submit all of life to His rule, and building His kingdom through sacrificial acts of love.
ABOUT US
Crossroads was planted out of Covenant Presbyterian Church in 2003 and exists at the heart of Maplewood on historic route 66. The church is a short 12 minute drive from downtown St. Louis and less than two miles from Forest Park. Congregants describe our community as hospitable, genuine, outgoing, healing, and caring. The staff and leadership culture is familial and collaborative. Sunday morning worship is high liturgy expressed in a blue collar way. Sunday attendance has increased from 100 to 325 in the last 5 years. The growth of the parish has introduced opportunities to deepen discipleship and broaden impact in our community. Currently, about 150 women call Crossroads home. Through the kindness of God and the generosity of His people we are positioned this year to pay off our building, add staff positions, and prepare to plant a daughter church in a near neighborhood.
