Description
We are a new, growing church in the Memphis metro area. Trinity Church PCA is in Collierville, Tennessee. We began in the summer of 2019 and organized as a church in 2024. We gather for worship at the Schilling Farms YMCA and our office is near the historic downtown square.
This is full-time position ministering to the youth of the church and assisting the pastoral staff with various responsibilities. Responsibilities include Wednesday evening gatherings as well as Sunday School, special events/activities, and summer camp. Presently, Trinity has an active middle school ministry. This role would include the development of the high school ministry over time. Additionally, the pastor and elders of the church view this role as an opportunity to assist other ministries within the life of the church and learn about pastoral ministry.
We are looking for someone who loves Christ and is passionate about building gospel-centered relationships with youth as well the entirety of the church. The pastor and elders of the church are desirous of a youth director who is personable, outgoing, willing to serve the church and wanting to learn about ministry.
Salary: $30K-$59K

We are open to someone wanting to go to seminary or someone seeking pastoral experience for ordination.
