Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Principal role at The Freedom School in St Louis, MO. The Principal will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the school, managing staff, developing and implementing educational programs, and building strong relationships with students, parents, and the community.
Salary: $60K-$89K

Qualifications
- Education Leadership, Administration, and Management skills
- Experience in curriculum development and implementation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and mentor staff
- Knowledge of educational policies and regulations
- Familiarity with Christian education principles
- Master's degree in Education or related field
- Strong commitment to urban ministry
