Immediate opening for a part-time landscape technician. This position has flexible hours based on class schedule and availability. There is also opportunity for more hours during school breaks. 

Newleaf Tree & Landscape Service, Inc. is a full-service landscape maintenance company operating in Chesterfield, Town & Country and Ladue. We are a family business owned by a previous Covenant graduate. The majority of our business consists of full-service residential maintenance contracts. In addition, we provide full landscape design & installation including patios, walk-ways, and retaining walls. 

Our goal is to provide excellent customer service and have the best-looking properties in any given neighborhood. 

Ultimately, the Landscaping Technician should enhance the beauty of our client's space, creating an inviting, well-cared-for environment  Their daily duties and responsibilities include:

• Perform landscape maintenance duties, such as mowing, trimming, fertilizing, watering, weeding, pruning, and aerating

• Conduct general maintenance duties such as cleaning walkways, patios, stairwells, & pool decks

• Plant trees, flowers, and other plants as per the design layout

• Safely operate and maintain power equipment such as mowers, line trimmers, blowers, chain-saws, edgers, hedge trimmers, etc.

• Monitor and maintain landscaping hand tools and equipment

• Maintain and repair outdoor landscape structures, such as walkways, patios, and fences

• Clean up after completing a job

• Ensure spaces are free of trash and debris

• Work collaboratively with a team to achieve set goals

• Follow safety protocols and regulations
