Salary: $60K-$89K
Requirements
The church is looking for a NextGen Pastor to oversee a growing team and lead all programming related to young people, including children, middle school, high school, and young adults. Is this you?
- 25-45 years old’ish
- At least 5 years of ministry experience
- Undergraduate degree required, graduate degree preferred
- Ability to oversee and lead staff at multiple levels
- Personable and engaging
- Must be doctrinally sound with a firm understanding of Scripture
- A dynamic leader
- Relational, and able to bring energy to all age groups
- Ability to engage with cultural issues in a biblically faithful manner
- Dynamic, charismatic leader
- Has a passion for shepherding young people
- Has strong leadership experience in ministry
- Comfortable in a pastoral leadership role
- Capable of developing and executing a strategy to reach the next generation with depth and purpose
- Ability to cultivate a vibrant, fun, and safe environment for youth
- Brings excitement, energy, and vision to the ministry
