  6. Assist the Assistant Pastor of Youth Ministry in planning, coordinating, and publicizing all youth activities.  Provide creative and administrative support in appropriate areas.
  7. Assist in recruiting gifted volunteers from the congregation and seminary community to serve alongside the Youth Ministry staff.  Build relationships with volunteer youth leaders, while coordinating ministry efforts with them and encouraging them.

Reporting Relationships:

The Female Youth Ministry Intern reports to the Assistant Pastor of Youth Ministry, as overseen by the Session, on a day-to-day basis and participates in the weekly ministry of the entire church staff.  Additionally, there will be opportunities for hands-on ministry training with a particular focus on youth ministry.
