Our current nanny has been with us for over a year and has been a huge blessing to our family; however, she has recently accepted a role in her dream industry and now we're looking for a new person to care for our kiddos!

This role would be approximately 35 hours per week. Our current nanny works MWF from 9AM to 4PM, and on T/Th we have a couple babysitters that rotate through. That said, this could be very flexible, depending on your schedule and financial needs. I work from home primarily, which means we have plenty of wiggle room. The following schedules could work, but this is not an exhaustive list:

• Monday - Friday 9AM to 4PM
• MWF 8AM to 1PM
• Monday - Thursday 11AM to 6PM
• T/Th 10AM to 4PM

We have two kiddos: a 15 month old son and a 5 year old daughter. Our daughter is in school full time, and attends a number of camps throughout the summer, so the primary care is for our 15 month old. Days are filled with naps (he still take two of them per day), snacks, playing, etc. Both kids are healthy and happy! We live in Sunset Hills and are close to a number of parks, as well as a nature preserve.

We're looking for someone who loves Jesus and kids, is a great communicator, and is willing to embrace change! Things don't always go according to plan with kids, so someone who is flexible and cheerful is important to us.

In terms of benefits, we offer 5 paid holidays and 5 paid sick days per year. In addition, we are happy to supply you with a W2 as requested.
