Requirements
Qualifications
Successful candidates:
- Have experience in one or more of the following areas: troubleshooting and repairing computer hardware; installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and other software; managing a Windows Server network environment; and setting up and troubleshooting network printers.
- Show an aptitude and desire for learning additional skills such as database management, computer programming, and website development.
- Are willing to work in other areas of the organization, according to their gifts and qualifications and the needs of the organization.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills and are able to represent the organization well to both vendors and customers.
A four-year college degree is required, not necessarily in a technology-related field.
