Description
- We are looking for someone who is energetic and passionate about bringing youth to know Christ.
- They need the ability and willingness to engage school and community partners, and be involved in the life of the local community.
- Must be Gospel-centered, adopting the Seven Essentials of the Evangelical Presbyterian Church without exception. In addition, being fluent in the Reformed theological tradition is highly advised.
- Demonstrates a clear calling to serve Christ in the local church, with a passion for Christ and His gospel, a love for student ministry, and a humble spirit, and an evident prayer and devotional life.
- The ability to recruit, train, organize and motivate volunteers for youth ministry.
- Ability to handle moral and theological questions with wisdom and biblical insight with attention to an adolescent development and skill level
- Must have a flexible team approach when working
Salary: $30K-$59K
Requirements
A Bachelors’ Degree and prior ministry experience that demonstrates competency in leading, teaching, volunteer management, and the ebbs and flows of ministry life.
