Solo pastor of small ARP church. About 130 average Sunday attendance. Doctrinal alignment with Westminster Confession of Faith & tenants of the Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church. One who can faithfully proclaim the Word of God through preaching & teaching, one who can effectively provide pastoral care to his flock, one who can demonstrate Godly leadership through his personal walk, demeanor, and interaction with others, and one who is able to recognize his own well being as well as that of his family. A man who is a team player able to work with and respect the wisdom and advice of his elders and deacons, but also be able to present, without manipulation, his own thoughts and ideas. He must also be fiscally responsible both personally and corporately. Must be motivated and able to effectively manage his own schedule in a solo pastorate environment.

Wellspring does not have a manse and does not operate any school (other t han Sunday School)

The church sits on approximately 15 acres of land owned by the church. The church building was completed in 2012 and he ranch-style house that sits right behind the church building is used for offices, Sunday School, and meetings. The church has no debt and is financially stable.
