ASSOCIATE PASTOR – ENGLISH MINISTRY (FULL TIME OR PART TIME)
The Montreal Chinese Presbyterian Church (www.mtlcpc.org) is a multi-cultural and multi-generational congregation with a core base of mostly English-speaking young families who are actively engaged in the ministries of the church. We are in search of an associate pastor to work with our minister to shepherd these English-speaking members.
Responsibilities

Salary: $30K-$59K
Requirements
Qualifications
· A person of faith, prayer, vision, and integrity who maintains a close relationship with God
· Strong Biblical knowledge
· 2 years or more of ministry experience preferable
· Minimum of B.Th. or equivalent from an accredited seminary
· A willingness to come under leadership and to lead with humility
· A team player who functions well within group leadership
· Adaptive capacity and comfortable with change
· Good understanding of North American culture
· Fluent in English; ability to speak French or Chinese an asset
· Background check required prior to employment
